"I recreated the street from Longueuil featured in Mommy with the hero skateboarding (iconic scene where he spreads his arms to widen the screen ratio). In a very similar setting from Matthias and Maxime, Xavier Dolan, who acts in the film, waits for the character Matthias leaning against a car. It's his silhouette that I placed at the bottom right as a subtle nod."
