Of course! All our currently available products are listed on our website. We've tried to be as organised with our brands and categories pages as possible to make it easy to find what you're after! If you still can't find something on our website that you may have seen in store or on our socials please reach out!
The product I want is out of stock, can you email me when it's back?
If the product is still showing up on our website please use the pink "notify me when available" tab on the right hand side of the product page to pop your email in to be notified when it's back! If you can't see the product, let us know, and we can pop your email in for you!
Sometimes we don't restock products as they're limited or one-offs - if there's something you really love, we suggest getting it sooner rather than later.
Why don't you have a shop phone number?
While we love to chat to our customers, we usually have quite a small team working and we wouldn't want their attention taken away from the people shopping in store. Do you offer gift wrapping?
We sure do - for items purchased from Pinky's! As our gift wrapping is free we don't offer wrapping for anything from outside of Pinky's. We do sell wrapping paper if you need to wrap something at home!
Can you order a specific item for me?
We love fun suggestions of items to stock, though we don't do custom orders. We promise we always have lots of fun things arriving!
What do I do if my item hasn't been delivered?
If it's been more than 10 business days since your estimated delivery date we can lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. Most orders make their way to you in the estimated delivery window or shortly after, but on the odd occasion it's taking a little longer please reach out so we can look into it for you.
