Standard Shipping within Australia
We are super speedy with packing up your online orders and they are usually picked and packed on the day you order then collected by our courier on the following business day.
We have 3 different options for shipping within Australia:
- Standard Shipping with Sendle - If you are in Melbourne this is a quick option, usually 2-4 business days. For other capital cities it's around 3-6 business days for Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra and 6-14 for Perth. For Darwin we recommend choosing Australia post.
- Shipping with Australia post and PO boxes/Parcel Lockers - This option is for those who do not wish their items to be sent with Sendle (good if you are in an apartment building and there's nowhere safe to leave your parcel) Please choose this if you have a PO Box/Parcel Locker. We also recommend choosing Australia Post for WA and NT orders as Sendle can take a while to get across the country.
- Express Shipping with Australia Post - For those who need their order ASAP. We charge a flat rate for this but if you're just ordering something small and light send us an email and we'll get you a quote as it will be cheaper.
Tracking your Order
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.
Gift Wrapping
Buying a gift for a loved one? Select the gift wrapping option at checkout. We can even write a note from you for your recipient :) All orders are sent without a receipt/invoice.
Damaged Parcel
If your item arrives to you damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damaged product and packaging (we need these to claim delivery insurance). If we can replace it with something you are happy with, we will, otherwise we will refund your purchase.
Orders Outside Australia
International shipping coming soon! In the meantime, please get in touch with us prior to purchase at hello@pinkysstore.com to get a quote and discuss international shipping options.
Refunds and Returns
Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind, we only refund faulty items, but will exchange or offer a store credit. Your item must be returned within 14 days (both online and in store). Store credit is then valid for 12 months from the processing date.
Proof of purchase will be required – emailed receipt, or hopefully we will remember you. But Pinky’s does reserve the right to refuse an exchange, return or store credit.
Exchange items must be in as new condition and suitable for resale. Any postage costs for change of mind exchanges is at the expense of the customer both returning and resending items.
Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless the item is faulty.
