UP-UP Salted Caramel is a milk chocolate Single Estate 35% cacao content made with fine flavour cocoa beans from a single farm called "El Rosario" located in the Necocli region on the north-eastern coast of Colombia with a unique balance between the intensity of cocoa and sweetness; due to a delicate blend of flavours and inclusions, this chocolate bar brings to the front-line well-defined caramel notes with noticeable tones of sea salt and a smooth milky mouthfeel.
Milk chocolate. Cocoa solids: 35% minimum.
Made in Scotland
Ingredients: sugar, milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, sea salt, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin) natural caramel flavour and vanilla extract.
Suitable for vegetarians, not suitable for vegans.
