About the artist:
Maaike Canne is an illustrator and visual artist from Rotterdam whose work beautifully blends architecture, design, and nature. Her bold, colour-driven style plays with the spaces between indoors and outdoors, balancing the abstract with the familiar.
From murals to editorial projects and personal paintings, Maaike’s art moves easily between worlds, always with a striking sense of mood and place. She’s collaborated with some pretty big names, including Google, The New Yorker, Apple, Pinterest, Dropbox, Architectural Digest, Elle Decoration and Lexus (to name just a few!).
