Vegan and palm oil free, it’s made from Single Estate UP-UP Plain Dark is an inspiring single-estate 50% cocoa dark chocolate crafted at origin in Casenare, Colombia. Defined by its distinctive cacao character, this bar strikes a flawless balance between sweetness and bitter depth. Expect warm nutty notes reminiscent of caramelised roasted hazelnuts, leading into a finish layered with dried-fruit nuances and a bright hint of citrus.
